At MyMats, we strive to provide high-quality mats and a seamless shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our return policy ensures a hassle-free process.
Eligibility for Returns
· Returns are accepted within 10 days of delivery.
· The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.
· Custom or personalized mats are non-returnable unless they are defective or incorrect.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:
· Contact us at mymatsindia@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
· Securely package the item and ship it back using a trackable shipping service.
Return Shipping Costs
· Defective or incorrect items: MyMats will cover the return shipping costs.
· Change of mind or incorrect order by the customer: The customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
· Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
Replacement
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for returns:
- Custom-made or personalized mats
- Used or altered items
- Clearance or final sale items
